I've Got What I Want
Thank you Lubby for getting me the ankle guard. It keeps my ankle warm and less painful when I walk ard. :)
Thank you Noreen Jie for B.O.B, hope Ryan wun ask for it.. :P

oh... that looks painful.

I run a lot and had my fair share of marathon runs; thus leg injuries are not alien to me.

The trick to a speedy recovery, is to not just rest, but also exercise it as well (gradually of course) - the correct term (i believe) is therapy.

Start by rotating your ankle ever so slowly.... and once ya feeling better, start taking short walks. It will help a lot.
