We have applied for the Punggol Residences BTO.

On the first day of the launch, which was Thursday 30 July, 1432 people already applied for this flat. For 5 room flat, the ratio of application to unit is 3:1.

Scary.

But well, no wonder the high number of application. Location is really gd. The price is reasonable. And as the report mentioned, the resale of 4 or 5 room flats now are quite little.

Thus the reason for the high number of applicants.

Well, we did what we can. We can only leave the rest to fate.

Hopefully, we will be able to hear good results in September. :)
