Showflats for Punggol Residences

Went to see the showflats at TPY HDB Hub this afternoon with Lubby.

We both like it.

However, the blocks are parallel to one another and thus we would prefer the blk outside.. facing the LRT. (LRT shouldn't produce much noise anyway)

The layout of the unit is not bad... simple yet cosy.

At night, we went to site recce.. act we just drove past and take a look dats all.. haha. The location is good, is just opposite the mrt.. and if we can get the blk we want, I think we jsut need 2 minutes to reach MRT station?
