oh... that looks painful.I run a lot and had my fair share of marathon runs; thus leg injuries are not alien to me.The trick to a speedy recovery, is to not just rest, but also exercise it as well (gradually of course) - the correct term (i believe) is therapy.Start by rotating your ankle ever so slowly.... and once ya feeling better, start taking short walks. It will help a lot.=-)
