Received sms and email from HDB abt the new BTO flat at Punggol -- Punggol Residences.

Went to the website and checked it out.

It looks good.

Opp Punggol MRT/LRT/bus interchange. Located within the proposed Town Centre. Close to Punggol Plaza with retail and eating places, wet market and supermarket. Also close to Punggol Waterway and future education centre.

The units are with balcony and well renovated. Landscape deck is pretty . Every blk with direct lift access to the covered carpark.

And price is resonable.
