Tough Fight

The total number of applications received for Punggol Residences as at 10 Aug 2009, 2 days from the closing date, is 4523.

3137 ppl have applied for the 615 4-room units and 1386 ppl for 154 5-room units. The number of applications received is 5.88 times the number of units available.

We are going fight with another 8 ppl for our flat. We only have 11.1% success rate. And if we are lucky enuff to get the ballot, we still have to go thru another round of choosing the units and being able to get the ones we prefer.

Tough.

Very tough.

We can only cross our fingers and pray hard now.
